Heyy :) I think that one of the best shades for the lips is red, which is totally not worn enough. I would recommend starting with  flawless skin and maybe some liner and mascara and putting a red like Lady Bug by mac or a more coral red like Lady Danger. Pinks would probably also go amazing with your skin tone, something like Pink Nouveau :)
